Ever wanted that little house in the country?

My cousin and her husband are in the process of building (and selling) a new house up in the Catskills (up by Monticello).

Doing the whole good cousin thing I’m posting the link up here. The area is one of those areas which will probably be experiencing a boom within short order as gambling is being moved into the area (which will make it a more popular vacation destination). Either way for those of you looking it’s worth considering.
